I have given the rating because as soon as we arrived on the lot were helped right away. I love the Kia Soul have owned one for years and will continue to do so. I liked the price the quality of the car. We have bought our last Kia there and will next time. The staff helped and worked with us on the process. I think the Kia is the best value and quality of car we expect from the maker of them. Not to big just a nice size with plenty of room inside. All around great car to own

We found a few mini vans on their website that we were interested in over the weekend. On Monday, I called Sean and told him what I was looking for and our price range. We arrived 30 min later and Sean had the key ready for what he thought would fit our needs. Not knowing that, I looked through the selection they had and picked that one out. We took it for a test drive and really liked it. Sean was professional and easy going and we felt no pressure at all. We drove away with a compromised price, full tank of gas, 4 free oil changes, and mini van that is great for our family of 6. Thanks Sean! Aaron says he’ll be back for his new ride when we pay this one off

I can’t say enough about Community and their sales and service staff. I recently had a mix up with scheduling an oil change and let them know of an error on their website. I was contacted the next day by a member of their sales team and he had the issue addressed and the service department happily helped take care of my problem. Shout out to Sean Kale for being AWESOME! He’s an awesome salesman, a few months back we went to another dealership and bought a 2016 malibu, long story short it got totaled- so we had to go back on the car hunt which as we all know SUCKS but Sean made it so easy for us! We had looked at Liberty online but truly in my heart I wanted a Jeep Wrangler but all in all I knew I couldn’t afford it in our budget and many other reasons. We came to the dealership and met Sean, he showed us a wrangler but we decided to look back at the Liberty and he treated us like we were paying him a million dollars even though we were purchasing a cheap car. Let me start off by saying that i am not new to buying cars from personal owners and dealers small to mega.I have about 20 years buying vehicles under my belt and I must say that this is "THE BEST DEALERSHIP" I have ever dealt with. My salesman was Ryan Richardson and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find the right vehicle for me,Exactly what i wanted.He is not like the average salesman that goes after blood,Do i think he could have given me a better deal? Yes, with knocking off all those crazy dealership fees that go along with the average sale that all the dealerships sneak in on the paperwork.But nevertheless,the price i got on the new truck was fair and i understand the salemans job is to sell cars so they can make money to feed their family.I was sent a youtube video link by email after Mr Richardson found the exact truck i was looking for with a complete walk around detailed video of it. I made the trip from columbus ohio to Martinsville,In to seal the deal the next morning.I went to numerous car lots and made many phone calls here through out the state of ohio and was met with rejection each time along with my credit score diving down with all the inquiries the dealerships were hitting my credit report with.I spoke with Ryan which was my last call and he convinced me to give him a try but without him applying pressure and i took a chance and Lo and behold he worked wonders and made things happen on the first run at one bank got approved. I want everyone that is reading this to give him your business if in the area or not far away.they have a nice selection of vehicles plus every salesman i came in contact with was very friendly and warm with such a nice atmosphere. i will continue to deal with Ryan in the future on my next car or truck purchase and tell everyone i know about him.You cant go wrong at Community Chrysler Dodge Jeep!! Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership, probably the best yet. Hector Mercedes was great to work with. He gave me a lot of the info I requested by email, ensuring it was the vehicle I wanted before making the hour drive. I knew the payment range I was comfortable with and what my trade in was worth and they worked to make me happy. Even offered to feed us! Lol. I have had bitter experiences in the past with pushy sales and rude finance departments, NOT HERE!We will definitely consider this dealership in the future, even with the long drive. Keep up the great work guys!!!

We have bought I think 3 cars from Ryan Neely here at Community.Two of the vehicles we bought basically online. Ryan had all the paperwork ready and asked if we wanted to test drive them before finalizing. Signed the papers, got the keys and we were on our way. They are very upfront and honest about the quality, dependability of the vehicles.They wouldn’t put something out for sale knowing it wasn’t good quality or dependable. Very thankful we have someone and somewhere we can trust. And if they don’t have what you are looking for, they can find it

Vacation Delayed

One hour into driving to our vacation destination we hit a deer north of Martinsville, IN. The deer lived (I think). Blue fluid was was dripping from the Honda Odyssey engine compartment. We turned around and headed back to the first auto shop, Community Chrysler. Within minutes of explaining our situation to the service manager, a mechanic looked at the front end damage and found a bracket was bent by the impact with the deer and punctured the radiator. I did not know Honda radiator fluid was blue. I was hoping for something busted in the washer fluid system, and I made a good choice to get it inspected. The mechanic recommended a tow (decided a Honda body shop in Bloomington was a more convenient than Community Chrysler in Martinsville). No charge for the expert advise. Many thanks to Community Chrysler Service Department for helping us avoid a more serious breakdown somewhere down the road.
