As the spread of the novel Coronavirus/COVID-19 continues to develop, Community Auto Group is actively ensuring that we're doing everything we can to ensure our customers and employees safe. The safety of our team, facility, and customers is our number one priority. We are vigilantly monitoring all recommendations set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and Departments of Public Health's guidance for responding to Coronavirus.
As Coronavirus has become an evolving and uncertain public health issue, Community Auto Group wants to reassure you, our valued customers, that your safety, well-being, health, and peace-of-mind are of the utmost importance. While we are staying open during this time, here are some of measures we are currently taking:
- Rubber gloves available to customers
- Hand sanitizer available for customers
- Disinfectant wipes available for customers
- New pens available for customers
- We have installed Plexiglas partitions in front our counters.
- All customer facing employees will be wearing masks / face coverings.
Our sales team wipes down the vehicles with disinfectant wipes before and after test drives. This includes the door handles, steering wheel, console controls, seats, and more. We are also sanitizing high touch-points of the dealership throughout the day, such as the doors, work stations, hard surfaces, chairs, and desk areas. Work stations throughout our sales and finance departments are also following social distancing guidelines of being at least six feet apart.
